RETURNS-REFUNDS-CANCELLATION-POLICY

All orders may be returned via the website or by clicking on the link in your email. Returns can either be refunded to your card/Netbanking/Gpay or will be given to you as a personal discount code, depending on the product and duration of time.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and with the tag still attached (wherever applicable). No used products will be refunded. If a product is received in broken packaging or with a damaged piece, then the refund is not guaranteed. Product refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged or if the size is different from the size ordered.
